HOTEL
With his MI-5 handlers baying for blood, NICK (Danny Webb) has a
split-second to make a life or death decision about whether
Shaheed (Art Malik) is a terror suspect. Valmike plays RAMI
MAZARI, Art Malik's son. He is part of a radical group who
creates a honey trap to lure a government minister who they wish
to assassinate. In order to gain access to the hotel he adopts a
calm and pleasant demeanor but when his target comes in to view
he becomes totally focused on his mission with tragic results. |

THE RISE AND FALL OF JOHN TESORO
A political satire of the ages.
Elections are around the corner and John Tesoro (Gerry
Bednob from The 40 Year Old Virgin) is keen to raise his
profile to gain the trust of his voters. He agrees to be
the focus of a report by the local news network, with
principal host, investigative journalist, Emmanuel Brown
(Valmike). Unbeknownst to Tesoro, Emmanuel is out to
expose him on national T.V. in a bid to raise his own
program’s ratings. The film is directed by HBO award
winning director Angela Gibbs, and DP'd by Jim Hanks.

GET TO KNOW ME
Danish production company
Ipsen Films' "Get to Know Me", supported by the Danish Film
Workshop, was shot entirely on green
screen at Lars Von Trier's and Thomas Vinterberg's Zentropa
Studios, Denmark. The story is set in modern Berlin, where
Peter and Sarah (Olge Fedori - 'Mum & Dad', 'The Wolf Man') meet while Peter is trying to unravel the
secrets of his forgotten past. Peter is an obsessed, methodical,
transatlantic young man. Sarah is a beautiful young, free
spirited artist... their connection unfolds... |

DAISY'S LAST STAND
Film London/UK Film Council. The last few hours in the
life of Daisy: at 73, diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Daisy
decides to do something that at one time would have
taken no courage or thought at all: go out on a Saturday
night. She finds herself having the kind of evening she
would have dreamed of...she meets 'Guy' (Valmike). He
provides a fantasy romantic encounter for Daisy;
ultimately her saviour and all round good guy but on
returning home the reality of the events become clear
and she's forced to recognise that all is not what it
had seemed.

friends. The film delves into the struggles each housemate faces
adapting to a new culture. They ultimately find out that life in
London is not what they expected. It is an emotional story of
hope, friendship and love. |
